Who attends this conference?

The Southern Region Student Wellness Conference (SRSWC) is an engaging multi-day event designed to empower educational partners such as mental health professionals, administrators, educators, school counselors, school safety staff, healthcare providers and the community to address the needs of the whole child.

Will there be a room block available to registered attendees?

Yes! There will be two hotel room blocks available. These are the Disneyland Hotel and the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel.

Room blocks are LIMITED, we highly suggest attendees secure their accommodations as soon as they receive their registration confirmation.

When will I get access to the hotel room blocks?

On the registration confirmation email, there will be links to access the room block at each hotel.

Registration & Payment

Can my organization pay with a purchase order?

No, credit cards are the only payment accepted.

Can my organization pay with a check?

No, credit cards are the only payment accepted.

Can I transfer my registration or substitute a colleague if I can no longer attend?

Yes! Use the modification feature to update the registration details. 

Disneyland Hotel Information

Can I link my Disneyland Hotel reservation to the Disneyland App?

Yes, only if the email on the hotel reservation is the same email associated with your Disneyland App account.

Will discounted Disneyland Park tickets be available to purchase?

Yes, you can secure your ticket purchase and park reservations using the hotel link in your registration confirmation email.
